At Joinjoyous.com we strive to make every personalized pieces as precious and unique as the moment it commemorates.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.
Return Policy
New, unworn items can be returned to Joinjoyous.com within 60 days of delivery.
Please note that because all our custom items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will cause a 50% restocking fee.
The shipping fee is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, we still undertake the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund the original shipping cost.
Return Service Procedure
To request a return, please contact our customer service. One of our reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at service@joinjoyous.com. If it is a quality issue, please provide an order# and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue.
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-15 working days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.

Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.

After order confirmation within 24 hours, we will offer a full refund.
After the order is confirmed within 24-48 hours, 20% of the transaction amount will be deducted if you want to cancel your order.
After the order is confirmed over 48 hours, 50% of the transaction amount will be deducted if you want to cancel your order.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
Generally, you will receive a refund within 3 to 15 working days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
